Shipping & returns

Once an artwork has been purchased, the piece will be framed and shipped standard services and takes approximately three weeks to be delivered. You will receive an email notification from the carrier once your artwork has shipped and upon delivery.

If the product arrives damaged, it will be replaced if it’s still available or fully refunded, including shipping charges.

Because of the nature of the artwork, all sales are final. However, items may be returned if they’ve been damaged during the shipping process. If you have any questions please email studio@theflowershop.art.
