How do I check the status of my order?

Once an artwork has been purchased, the piece will be framed and shipped standard services and takes approximately three weeks to be delivered. You will receive an email notification from the carrier once your artwork has shipped and upon delivery. If you have any questions, you can contact studio@theflowershop.art.

What if my product is damaged?

If the product arrives damaged, it will be replaced if its still available or fully refunded, including shipping charges. If you received a damaged item, please contact studio@theflowershop.art.

How do I change a shipping address for an order?

Please contact studio@theflowershop.art as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you have any concerns please contact The Flower Shop via studio@theflowershop.art.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, as well as PayPal.

Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunately, international orders cannot be fulfilled at this time.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of the artwork, all sales are final. However, items may be returned if they’ve been damaged during the shipping process. If your artwork is damaged please contact studio@theflowershop.art.

Payment Terms

When you place an order, you will be charged immediately for the full amount of your order. Upon successful collection of funds, your item(s) will be placed into production and should be delivered to you during the time window outlined that was quoted at the time of purchase.

Shipping Terms

You shall pay for all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs incurred in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. These may differ from the amounts we actually incur from any carrier. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
